T.S. Eliot wrote in Old Possum's
Book of Practical Cats: “The
naming of cats is a difficult matter; it isn’t just one of your holiday games. At
first you may think I’m as mad as a hatter, when I tell you a cat must have THREE
DIFFERENT NAMES”.I was fortunate to have many cats in my life while I was growing up. They include Tiddy Bom Boms; the name suited her personality and that of the person who named her. Tiddy as she was also known was the cat that began my fascination with more unusual cat names.

I never met a chocolate I didn't like. As well as tasting delicious,
chocolate is loaded with antioxidants, and prompts your brain to release endorphins
- or feel good hormones. Little wonder Chocolate was thought to have aphrodisiac
qualities by the Aztecs. Casanova is believed to have thought of hot chocolate as
the "elixir of love". Chocolate goodies are not for cats as it is poisonous in sufficient
dosages. However, there is nothing to stop you giving your cat a chocolate inspired
name such as: Bean, Cocoa, Fondue or Fudge.
Tip: Before naming your cat wait for a few days to study your cats personality.
