A freelance PowerPoint and web designer from England based in Worcester, lucky enough to live close to the winding Hills of Malvern and 20 mins away from my beloved Wyre forest. Like many famous writers, artists, and designers, nature has always been a great source for my design inspiration.

"I created my cat website paws on floors back in the year 2005. I designed the site in Internet Explorer, screen resolution 1024x768 - Although it’s compatible with different browsers.

"Paws on floors is all about - you guessed it - the majestic feline and related articles of interest. I've been responsible for writing all the content and it’s on going maintenance. I chose not to use a website editor, I designed the pages and handwrote them using raw HTML in Word document. A web programmer set up the MySQL database for cat names (thank you Ken). I entered hundreds of names for cats into the database - it's a clever little thing - organized by category and a random cat name generator. By clicking on a button you can get a random cat name that is displayed along with the reason that it makes a good name for your cat.

"At first it was just a hobby and a personal exploration. Then it turned out that I am capable of entering the professional market. I decided to take a course in Essential IT, with focus on PowerPoint design, Word, and Database ."
